Entry fee: $25.00 per player. ($50.00) per team to be paid with entry Form.
The format will be 6 games @ $7.50 per game per player. (Game fees to be paid on the day of bowling) Total cost to each bowler will be $70
Payout will be for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th place is total team pinfall plus handicap.
1st $250 plus 45% of remaining prize fund
2nd $150 plus 25% of remaining prize fund
3rd $100 plus 15% of remaining prize fund
4th $60 plus 10% of remaining prize fund
5th $40 plus 5% of remaining prize fund
Guaranteed prize fund covered by Sponsorship.
Incorporating Special Awards:
Shirley Ramsay Memorial: Awarded to the female with the highest over average score for 6 games.
Bob Dearness Trophy: Awarded to the male with highest over average score for 6 games.
Rules and General Information.
The tournament is open to all Bowlers who bowl in a league and a current registered player with TBA and resides in Mackay region Including Junior and Adult bowlers.
However there can only be one junior bowler per team.
This is a 6 game tournament. Played in two game blocks.
The Handicap is 90% of 220
All TBA tournament rules and regulations will apply. Players entering this tournament shall use their highest league average over 24 games as of October 15th 2019. If a bowler does not have an average in accordance with the above rule the Tournament director will allocate one. In addition the Tournament Director has the right to regrade any bowler or entry.
All entries to be accompanied by the FULL entry fee and must reach the Tournament Director no later than 8pm Thursday 17th October 2019.
Late entries will only be accepted if vacancies exist and then only at the discretion of the Tournament Director. Check in: 3.30pm Sunday 20th October.
Bowling to commence at 4:00pm.
The Tournament Director, whose decision will be final, will decide any matters that arise and are not covered in these conditions.
Dress code shall be neat, tidy and modest.
