Positions available:

Cafe Cook/Customer Service

Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
– Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the Cafe
– Food Prep and short order cooking
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
– Flexibility to work Friday Nights, Saturdays and Sundays (been available for these times is mandatory)
– Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
– Previous cooking experience is a plus but not required.

Hours available will depend on the success of the applicant ranging from 6-20 hours per week. School holiday only work also available

Skate Rink Customer Service

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and love the excitement of working in a skating rink? We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
– Handle Entry Sales & Skate Rentals
– Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the rink area.
– Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
– Assist with organizing and managing special events and parties.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
– Basic math skills for handling transactions.
– Flexibility to work Friday Nights, Saturdays and Sundays
– Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
– A positive attitude and a love for skating are highly desirable!
