All packages include Food options below, Skate Parties include a reserved Table, Bowl Party Food is served in your booth on the lane. Laser Tag only Parties are held in our Party room. All include plates etc and a Slush Puppy and Lolly bag)

$100 Deposit to secure your booking- This is due within 2 days of booking your party to secure the spot.

*Although we have a no outside food policy, we are happy for you to bring a cake to your booked parties and we can keep it in the fridge/freezer if required.

Invites are available to print at home for free here: HERE
or pick up pre-printed Invites on thick gloss paper from MLC (Included in the Package once deposit paid)

Additional IMPORTANT Info:
-Parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance. We will do our best to fit you in with less notice but prefer 1 week to avoid disappointment of no availability. Parties booked with less than one weeks notice must be paid in full upon booking.

-Parties are unavailable Monday-Friday of the school holidays and Parties are unavailable from 5pm on Fridays in Skate, Bowl or Laser.

-Final Numbers required the Friday prior to your booking. If you haven’t advised of any changes to numbers you’ll be charged based on how many children you booked for. If you have more than you booked for we may not have availability. Minimum Numbers 6. $100 No refundable Deposit Required to secure any Party Booking. If this isn’t paid withing 2 days of booking the booking will be cancelled. Deposit can be paid over the phone 9am-5pm 7 days a week by Credit/Debit card or in person.

-Pizza Parties are full sized pizza’s and include 2 pieces of Pizza per child. With Pizza Parties, if you don’t make Pizza selections when booking the party or prior to the day when you confirm numbers we will make a variety (You can’t select Pizza’s on the day of the party)

Bowling Parties Max time on the lanes is 1.5 Hours. Please ensure your guests arrive on time. Lanes must be cleared 1.5 hours from start time of Party so please ensure you are having a cake it’s done during this time as other tables aren’t readily available during busy periods.

I understand that payments for parties must be made prior to the start of the party at the Tenpin Bowling counter. Party payments cannot be processed in the skating rink.

Once you submit your booking request we will send you a confirmation within 2 business days. If your selected date is unavailable we will contact you to arrange alternative time/date.
Deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking within 2 days of your confirmation email being sent, if your deposit isn't paid your booking will be cancelled. Please ensure your email is correct. If we can't get a hold of you by phone or email to pay your deposit your booking will be cancelled.
Full Payment for your booking will be due on the day prior to commencement of your party.
Confirmation of numbers will be required the day before your party (If you don't re-confirm your payment will be based on what you booked for. If your numbers increase we can't guarantee availability.
There is never a guarantee your party will be located in the Party room, we utilise this room based on number of parties and party size.
Confetti and Party Poppers are not allowed.
For bowling only parties, all activities including cake cutting must be completed within the 1.5 hours. Lanes must be cleared 1.5 hours from the booked start time of the party so it is very important your guests arrive on time. Availability of other tables away from the lanes can never be guaranteed.
